Shipping update due to COVID-19

Due to the impact of COVID-19, we take extra precautions to protect the health and safety of our customers. That means online order shipments and customer service response times will take longer than usual, and two-day and next-day shipments are currently unavailable. Orders are processed in an average of 2-3 business days. We are working to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Order process

Orders are normally shipped within 24-48 hours, however in some cases longer shipping times may apply. Most products are shipped from our office here in Miami, FL. If you need your products on a specific date, please notify us by email at info@scentsbykafer.com and we will do our best to accommodate the request. Scents By Kafer ships anywhere UPS and the US Postal Service can deliver.

Shipping address authorization

We will only ship to your credit card-linked billing address unless you authorize the requested shipping address with your credit card. Your order will not be shipped and held until we can authorize, if the address does not match. We will try to contact you by email and / or phone to resolve these issues, so please make sure your contact information is up to date on your account / order. You can also contact us proactively after placing your order to speed up this process. Any order whose shipping address is different from the billing address of the purchase credit card will be subject to our authorization procedures.

Tracking

Once your package leaves our premises, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can click on the tracking number in that email at any time to see where your package is. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking the "My Orders" link.

Lost or stolen packages

For lost or stolen packages, Sents by Kafer requires our customers to contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery confirmation after determining that a package has not arrived, has been lost or stolen. . In case a package cannot be located, our representatives will ask you to check your residence or, if you live in an apartment, at the reception or in the security office. If the package still cannot be located, please know that each case is unique and we ask that you contact us immediately so that we can process an investigation
